We handle the full project: definition of commercial objectives, design, plan validation with the show organizers, fabrication, transport, build and dismantling on site. A corporate booth serves the image and commercial objectives of a single company at a trade show. A national pavilion gathers multiple exhibitors from one country under a common identity, usually carried by a sector federation or a public agency. The pavilion requires unified scenography, visitor flow management and a shared programme of activations, all of which K events designs and operates. We work in both configurations depending on your exhibition strategy.

Abroad, mostly. We design and operate pavilions and booths at major international trade shows in Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa: SIAL Paris, Big 5 Global, CPHI, Medica, Batimat, MICAM, Summer Fancy Food, and many more. Our team handles international transport, customs formalities, on-site build and exhibitor support throughout the show. For trade shows held in Morocco, we also handle the full installation.

Designing and fabricating a custom pavilion typically takes 4 to 10 weeks depending on complexity and scale. Timelines include design, model validation, fabrication, transport and installation. A trade show participation isn't limited to the booth: travel, hospitality, communication, media buying, staff (hosts, photographers, videographers, chefs), catering, transport and samples transit. We coordinate every link for a seamless presence. A single project lead is the interface with the show organizers, your teams and local suppliers, from upstream brief to final dismantling. This approach is especially useful for collective pavilions where multiple exhibitors must be coordinated in parallel.
